Pre-Purchase Building & Pest Inspection
Before you Buy – Buyer Beware
ALWAYS ask if your inspector is a Registered Builder
A pre-purchase building & pest inspection by Well Known Inspections is designed to find items likely to cost you big money, and recommendations to help you maintain your new home.
Of course there are many obstructions and limitations when inspecting a home and unsurprisingly … vendors get upset if we break things!! So we use the latest technology including FLIR Thermal Imaging and non-destructive moisture meters.
We don’t generally pass or fail a home, rather we present our reports with in depth information with basic language and the intention to convey information to help you make decisions.
Discussions after receipt of report is the most important aspect.

Thinking about Selling?
Know Before Your Sell
If you are listing your home on the market and would like to have its condition assessed beforehand, Well Known Inspections is here to help. The inspector will assess the home and its major systems to determine if the home has been well-maintained and that the home is in good condition to be put up for sale.
Many homeowners choose to get a pre-listing inspection because it will give them insight into their home so that they know what to expect and can make repairs before listing their home.
Many buyers choose to get a buyer’s inspection, so a pre-listing inspection is a good idea for homeowners so that the buyer’s inspection doesn’t find any major defects that the owner didn’t know about.
