The Chat after you receive the report. How much does it cost?

Does it cost extra to talk to us about the report findings? NO ABSOLUTELY NOT

Although I have heard some companies charging as much as $99 per 15 minutes, we don't charge for this part of the service.

The chat in my opinion is as important as the inspection and report itself. I don't expect you to have the same knowledge or experience as me so how should I expect that the way I write the report will be instantly understood too. Of course I try to make it simple and clear but sometimes it needs a bit more - thats where the conversation afterwards is so important.

If you need 5 minutes or 45 minutes to talk through the report I'm available. We are also happy to have a chat further in the future if you have a question you would like to discuss.

I will never tell you to buy a house or not buy a house - I just report the findings and discuss in real terms what they mean.
